Prepare for Contao 5.7

Thank you for the pull request, i cloned it into my installation with 5.7.

I have some issues while testing:

• Insert Tags will not be replaced
• The last pagebreak button leads to an empty page

I use some more form-regarding bundles, maybe this is relevant?

1. Are you using insert tags inside the form (e.g. explanation form field), or outside it (e.g. content elements)?
2. Can you post a screenshot of your form fields configuration in the backend? I mean the list view of the form fields.

I use the Insert Tags inside the Form within a HTML-Code element
The beginning:

in between is 65 fields with various formfields.
and the End:

I was wrong regarding the last page. It's the summary element that does not work i guess.....

This is an issue within Contao itself. Currently Insert-Tags will not be replaced in the HTML form element.

Maybe it comes from the same souce as the error above...
