Simplifies the README and includes two verified input/output examples. Adds the benchmark's scoped downstream answer-match diagnostic, including GPT-5.4 Nano at 46.2% with Hybrid versus 44.1% on full sources, plus measured warm trim times. Checks: examples matched live outputs, README asset audit, isolated wheel build, and git diff --check.
