Active Directory User Management Lab

Overview

This repository documents Active Directory user management concepts commonly used in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, and Junior Systems Administrator roles.

The goal of this lab is to demonstrate practical understanding of user account creation, password resets, account lockouts, security groups, organizational units, permissions concepts, onboarding, offboarding, and clear help desk documentation.
