• Updated scripts/build_foreclosures_page_v2.py, scripts/fetch_county_foreclosures.py, and scripts/fetch_bell_foreclosure_pdfs.py to match these changes.
• Added data accessibility note to research-grant.html.
• Verified no specific company names or law firms were mentioned in the research grant proposal.
