Add Trellis and Faire customers

• Add official Trellis and Faire logos to the customers gallery.
• Add one data record for each company with canonical links and consistent display widths.
• Preserve the existing customer-link UTM and accessibility behavior.

• pnpm build from apps/website
• Prettier check passed for apps/website/src/customers.json
• Generated /docs/customers verified all existing entries plus exactly one Trellis and one Faire entry, with local images and UTM-appended links.
