Adds a search box to the capability matrix site. Typing filters feature rows by ID, name, or description (case-insensitive). Group rows and area sections with no matches are hidden, and a "no results" message appears when nothing matches. Each feature row now carries a data-id attribute so IDs are searchable.

No new dependencies. Only generate-site.ts and a new render test change. URL query sync is deferred.

Test plan

• bun test: 222 pass, 0 fail
• bun run typecheck, bun run format-and-lint, bun run knip: clean
• bun run build-site produces a working page; filter behavior verified with a happy-dom script against the built HTML
