…hecks register The first full (Db2) refresh (run after #4745) opened bot PR #4756 but failed at 'Enable squash auto-merge': GitHub refuses auto-merge on a PR in clean status, which a freshly opened PR is until its checks register. Retry for up to 10 minutes; never merge before CI runs; leave the PR open with a warning if the checks never appear. The first full (Db2) evidence refresh opened bot PR #4756, then failed at 'Enable squash auto-merge' with
GraphQL: Pull request is in clean status (enablePullRequestAutoMerge): right after the PR is opened its checks have not registered yet, and GitHub refuses auto-merge on a clean PR. This retries every 30 s for up to 10 min and never merges before CI has run; if the checks never register, the PR stays open with a warning. actionlint + zizmor clean.Part of #4703 / #4743.
