Conflict: equivalence_cics.compare_task_sysout takes main's (#4660's own change). det_sweep_baseline.json keeps this PR's removal of cbsa-xfrfun (git's merge silently restored main's entry). Fixes #4658. Stacked on #4660 — merge that first.
DetSql mapped the IBM JDBC driver's client-side -4220 (conversion error on an unset, non-date host variable) straight into SQLCA. Db2 never returns -4220 to an embedded-SQL program: the server's verdict, on Db2 LUW and z/OS alike, is -180 / SQLSTATE 22007 (string is not a valid datetime value). DetSql now maps -4220 to -180/22007; other driver errors are unchanged. Recorded as oracle_assumptions Q1b.
