Moving a literal like 1200 into a PIC 99PP receiver throws at run time in Cobol.store instead of storing the scaled value (12, scale -2) as cobc does. Acceptance: end-to-end test vs the oracle; other P-scaled receivers (left and right P, COMP-3/binary/zoned) checked.

Found by the #4665 work (draft PR #4668, branch fix/4665-edited-compare; scratch probes in /tmp/gitgalaxy-scratch/claude/det-4665/). Part of #4270.
