The bug template asked for free text, so each report had to be rebuilt by hand before anyone could run it. The new form asks for a SQL file written like the SQL test files, plus the database and the SQLPage version. A maintainer can run that file with `nix run .#test-sql -- <name>`, and it becomes the regression test for the fix. Improves #1566.
