feat: speakeasy mcp deploy command

Summary

Adds the speakeasy mcp deploy command for deploying generated MCP servers to Gram.

Features

• Deploy command: speakeasy mcp deploy [--target <name>] [--project <name>]
• Auto-install Gram CLI: Prompts to install if not found
• Auto-authenticate: Runs gram auth if not authenticated
• Idempotent deployments: Uses package.json version as idempotency key ({slug}@{version})
• Version display: Shows version being deployed and detects if already deployed
• Experimental flag: Command marked as experimental with warning

Execution Flow

1. Load workflow.yaml, find MCP target with deployment: {} block
2. Read package.json for version info
3. Check/install Gram CLI and authenticate
4. Run npm run build && npm run gram:build
5. Run gram push --idempotency-key {slug}@{version}
6. Display deployment URL

Dependencies

• Requires chore: add gram deployment for mcp-typescript sdk-gen-config#109 (adds Deployment config to workflow schema)
• Requires speakeasy-api/openapi-generation#3673 (generates gram.ts and gram.config.ts)
