Patch release for the reviewed OpenCode v2 continuity hook safeguard and diagnostics merged in #4. Aligns Python and JavaScript package versions, updates the install tag, and narrows the cache description to a plugin instance, matching the observed v2 reload uncertainty. Bun tests and uv build pass.
