Add help guide and refine workspace UX

Summary

• Adds a /help page covering Table mode, Query, Schema, Compare, large JSON tips, and repair/format/compact behavior.
• Adds Help navigation from the home page and workspace header.
• Makes Code mode the default editor view, including after reset.
• Documents the new Help page, compare Text/Tree workflow, sidebar search behavior, smaller-screen toolbar behavior, sticky compare controls, and reset behavior.
