Adds `useMemo` to memoize the `filteredCases` derivation in `CaseQueuePage.tsx` and hoists the `search.toLowerCase()` calculation outside the filter loop. This prevents redundant O(n) array filtering and string conversions on every render. Co-authored-by: ayush-kumar-21 <183812733+ayush-kumar-21@users.noreply.github.com>

💡 What: Wrapped
filteredCasesderivation inuseMemoand hoistedsearch.toLowerCase()outside the.filterloop inCaseQueuePage.tsx.🎯 Why: Previously, filtering logic ran on every render cycle, causing O(n) iterations and redundant string lowercasing even when unrelated state changed.
📊 Impact: Eliminates unnecessary array mapping/filtering operations during unrelated renders, improving list render performance, reducing CPU spikes, and making typing in the search bar feel snappier.
🔬 Measurement: Verify via React Profiler. Render durations will be significantly lower on state updates not involving
