Adds a
LICENSEfile with the MIT license, as requested in #364.The license is already declared as MIT in
composer.json; this just makes it explicit at the repository root, matching the format used by other ShipMonk OSS repos (e.g.composer-dependency-analyser,coding-standard). Copyright year2022reflects the repo's first commit.Closes #364
