One CF value changes: 'Water' emitted to water, unspecified, Water use, -42.955 -> -42.95 (global row). JRC rounds this single member of the 42.95 family to three decimals while every intake (water, cooling, turbine) and the fresh-water return carry 42.95; netted, turbine and cooling water left -0.005 per m3 and 13 hydropower and grid processes in the BAFU parity sample came out with negative water use. Harmonised under the approved rule 'consistent 42.95 / -42.95 for water' (sentier-importers companion PR). Country rows untouched; row counts unchanged.
