Feature Request: Can you tuck `codeindex.json` and `symbolindex.json` into your `.codeindex` folder?

Just to keep things in the repo a bit more tidy.

Just started using codeindex because of all the other programs like this, yours was the only one that caught and monitors a specific issue I was having. Thank you!
