Record Windows UIA parity evidence for five previously foreground-blocked rows

Summary

Record the live Windows UI Automation evidence unlocked by #502 against the
new macOS runtime evidence baseline. All five rows remain Partial: the green
gate materially strengthens their runtime evidence, but each still has a
specific user-visible contract that was not exercised on one or both platforms.

Changes

• Record CI run 36489223062 navigation evidence for Main split view while
  retaining the terminal/provider/visual residuals.
• Record live workspace-toolbar, Jump, and loop-panel evidence while retaining
  the unexercised Needs You, notice-boundary, and visual residuals.
• Distinguish the File/Recent Folders HMENU walkthrough from the still-missing
  live Loop/Terminal state and keyboard walkthrough.
• Record live Rename dialog submission and node-menu presence without claiming
  a persisted rename result or Edit Details execution.
• Record state-specific live node/project popup contents without claiming edge
  menus or action results.

Test plan

RED: PowerShell five-row ledger contract using Get-Content plus exact marker and Partial-status checks -> exit 1; all five rows lacked the new CI evidence markers.
GREEN: PowerShell five-row ledger contract using Get-Content plus exact marker and Partial-status checks -> exit 0; all five markers were present and every row remained Partial.
REGRESSION: git diff --check origin/main...HEAD -> exit 0 with no whitespace or line-ending errors.
