Reactome ILP Project

This is a project by Sam Neaves to use Reactome and GEO Microarray files to build a Relational Classifier.

You need to place a 'HOMO sapiens.owl' file in the raw data folder for the code to work.

The code is written for SWI-Prolog version 7.
