Adds a Streamlit demo UI (ui.py) for interactive RAG querying, cross-provider experiment runs, and Ragas-based evaluation with side-by-side scorecard comparison.
No frontend existed — evaluating models required raw API calls. This makes the full pipeline demonstrable in a live interview setting.
