Summary

Update CUDA-WASM crate with proper legal disclaimers and branding changes:

Legal Compliance Updates:

  • Add comprehensive NVIDIA trademark disclaimers
  • Document independent, clean-room implementation approach
  • Reference all public CUDA specifications used (v12.3, PTX v8.3)
  • Clarify relationship to CUDA ecosystem

Documentation Cleanup:

  • Remove VibeCast corporate branding and support sections
  • Add simple rUv footer attribution
  • Maintain all technical content and examples

Version Updates:

  • Update crate version from 0.1.0 → 0.1.4
  • Published to crates.io with legal protections

Files Changed

  • cuda-wasm/README.md - Added legal section, removed corporate content
  • cuda-wasm/Cargo.toml - Version bump to 0.1.4

Legal Protection

This update significantly strengthens the legal position of the CUDA-WASM project by:
