Summary

Small follow-up to #717 (now merged), applying the one new item from a second pricing review: the support-scope should appear before the tier comparison.

Everything else in that review (new hero, "production layer not the software", Production → Production Support rename, workload definition, Enterprise caveat, stacked price/cadence lines) was already shipped in #717 — the review was reading the previously-deployed page.

Verification

  • npm run build passes clean; confirmed "What support includes" now renders before class="grid tiers", and the 24×7 note is present.

Move the Included / Not included box (and the workload definition) above the
tier cards so support scope is clear before comparing tiers (asked for by two
reviews). Append "and 24x7 terms" to the Enterprise pricing caveat. Lead the
excluded column with "Legal advice".

Rebased onto main after #717 squash-merged, so this carries only the
Pricing.vue delta.
