chore: drop Ruby 3.1 support - #348
Merged

Conversation
Ruby 3.1 is EOL and ruby/setup-ruby has no build for it on ubuntu-latest (26.04), so the 3.1 CI jobs fail at setup. Require Ruby >= 3.2, remove 3.1 from the CI matrix, and target 3.2 in RuboCop. Keep named argument forwarding so YARD @PARAM tags still match method signatures.

Targeting 3.2 enables anonymous
*/**/&forwarding inStyle/ArgumentsForwarding. It's disabled withUseAnonymousForwarding: false: YARD drops anonymous parameters from signatures and warns on their@paramtags, and its maintainer won't support them (lsegal/yard#1648).Same change as rubycdp/ferrum#667.
