Patch bump, now on top of #1298 (langchain-openai 1.6.7 requires langchain-core>=1.6.6, which main now pins). Python Tests does not install requirements.txt, so validated locally: fresh 3.12 venv, uv pip install -r requirements.txt resolves core 1.6.6 + openai 1.6.7, aiac_agent imports OK.
