Context Service, contextctl, the manifests and demos defaulted to the serverless-harness namespace, named after Moca's old repository. Default to context-service instead, and rename docs/serverless-harness.md to docs/moca.md. Existing installs that keep contexts in serverless-harness can set CS_NAMESPACE.
