Adds Brazilian Portuguese (
pt-BR) alongside the existing Simplified Chinese localization, using native Xcode string catalogs and Swift localization APIs.Includes translated UI strings, permission prompts, plural forms, placeholder coverage, and regression tests for English, Simplified Chinese, and Brazilian Portuguese.
