Problem description

It seems to be fine with raw string literals that only span a single line, like R"()", but as soon as it spans multiple lines, it causes an error:

R"(
)"

C++ code that can't be parsed correctly (please double-check that https://robotpy.github.io/cxxheaderparser/ has the same error)

const char* s = R"(
)";
