With the changes made in this branch, the project can be compiled for Linux (Debian 10.2) using gfortran version 8.3.0. A Makefile was added for convenience.

This would also somewhat fix #3

Any idea what this PR and MAKEFILE does with windows compilation? Still works or not so much?

A windows makefile would need some alterations, e.g., the first two lines and the shell invocations, but this patch could serve as a basis.

I compiled it. What is a 'stuurfile' and are they available somewhere?

$ ./ops_main
Usage: ops_main [-v] -i stuurfile

@frankscholten Evert Mouw just wrote a blog about the stuurfile related issues....

It seems to be about as available as the makefile or documentation: pretty DIY, because well... they don't actually WANT you to run it :P
