What

README only. ## What this package owns and ## Status said every owned
piece is built and named four tables, but neither named the BasicHTTP front
or the opt-in location table, and neither named the configuration's
:around_delivery option. This names them, adds the token sentence to the
BasicHTTP front section, and makes the ledger bullet true for timers.

  • ## What this package owns: two bullets, "The BasicHTTP front"
    (StatifierRouter.BasicHTTP, StatifierRouter.BasicHTTP.Front, the
opt-in location table) and "The whole-delivery wrapper"
(:around_delivery), each pointing at the section that describes it.
  • ## What this package owns, the recorded outcome bullet: "every delivery
attempt" becomes "every delivery attempt this package routes", and a
timer firing into an execution is named as not routed here and writing
no routing-ledger row. No code under lib/ delivers a timer fire; the
timers are statifier_oban's, as ## What it does not own already says.
  • ## Status: one sentence naming StatifierRouter.BasicHTTP,
StatifierRouter.BasicHTTP.Front and the opt-in location table that
    StatifierRouter.Migrations.up_locations/1 creates outside the version
walk, and one naming :around_delivery as optional, nothing called when
    it is left out.
  • ## A BasicHTTP front: a paragraph after the bearer-capability one,
matching ADR-0002's Note of 2026-10-02 on the query log: the token is
part of the execution's persisted state, bound on the create and on
every step and at rest in the clear unless the host passes an encrypting
:blob_type to statifier_persistence; this package keeps it out of its
own query log only, and the query telemetry event still carries the
parameters; rotate, and never run a production repo or logger at
    :debug.

Gate

README.md is a gated path here (also_gated_paths), so the full
mix quality ran green on this branch's tree before the push; the commit
was made on that same tree. No changelog fragment:
documentation only, per changelog.d/README.md.

Review

Gate tier (docs only): the pre-request review round ran in-turn. Each new
sentence was checked against main: the :basichttp and :around_delivery
rows of StatifierRouter.Config, StatifierRouter.Migrations.up_locations/1,
StatifierRouter.Schema.Location, the "Wrapping a whole delivery" section,
and the ADR-0002 Note of 2026-10-02 on the query log. No record is edited.

The README's "What this package owns" and "Status" sections now name
StatifierRouter.BasicHTTP, its Front, the opt-in location table that
up_locations/1 creates, and the optional :around_delivery wrapper.

The recorded outcome bullet now covers every delivery attempt this
package routes: a timer firing into an execution is not routed here
and writes no routing-ledger row.

The BasicHTTP front section gains the token sentence of ADR-0002's
Note of 2026-10-02: the token is in the execution's persisted state,
this package keeps it out of its own query log only, and the query
telemetry event still carries it.

README.md is a gated path; the full mix quality ran green on this
tree. Documentation only, so no changelog fragment.
