0.42.1 changes documentation only: no function's behaviour changes, and the
package gains no Hex dependency.

### Changed

- The hexdocs sidebar groups the guides by the kind of page: the guide to describing a document sits under How-to guides, and the README and the CHANGELOG stay ungrouped at the top. The module groups are unchanged.
- Three guides read on GitHub take titles that say what they help you do: "How to build common flow patterns", "How to mount the editor for one audience" and "How to theme the editor". No file is renamed, so links to them still resolve.
- `StatifierBlocks.Editor.Inspector`'s module documentation now places the Note section beside the Config tab's two sections and says why it alone appears only with a block selected.
