The app was only partially working as intended. This release fixes the underlying issues and restores full functionality.

If you have a previous version installed, I recommend uninstalling it and performing a clean installation. After reinstalling, make sure to grant the required ADB permission again:

adb shell pm grant com.rickmschulz.dnsautoswitcher android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS

This should ensure the app works correctly with the latest changes.
