The trailing slash in the ${var/pattern/replacement} expansion is part of
the replacement, so loongarch64 was mapped to "la64/" and never matched
EFI_ARCHES. As a result, %pesign silently skipped signing on loongarch64
(or failed in in-place mode). Fix the same typo for arm.
