Fix funds consistency protocol and projection accounting

Summary

• implement reliable funding paths for pool initialization, add liquidity, swap, remove liquidity, and claim flows
• add projection support for claim balances, positions, market stats, and E2E runbook coverage
• refine local/docker proxy handling and runtime data checks

Validation

• cargo test -j 1 completed during the funding stages with memory limits where required
• service/kline targeted Python suites passed
• full local E2E runbook was exercised, including create meme, trading, add/remove liquidity, claim, and meme/meme coverage
• runtime data was rechecked against Docker/MySQL/API state before PR creation
