DOC-7128 rc-rdi: convert rc/rdi/ images

Summary

Converts the image shortcodes in content/operate/rc/rdi/ to Markdown images, using the codemod from #4151. Part of DOC-7128. rdi/ was deferred from the main rc/ rollout (#4164–#4169) while Terraform/dashboards work was in flight. That work has since been postponed.

Counts: all 51 images converted in 5 files. None needed skipping, so rc/rdi/ has no image shortcodes left in its own pages. All 51 bare paths (images/...) were rewritten to site-root /images/.... There are no raw <img> tags in this tree.

Rendered changes: none, apart from the dropped <a sdata-lightbox> wrapper.

Overlap with other branches: three other branches touch these files.

• DOC-7118 unit 7: convert rc rdi/ and the RDI embeds to render hooks #4187 (DOC-7118 unit 7) converts links and callouts in the same five files.
• Document Cloud RDI workspace capacity planning and pipeline scaling #4085 (Cloud RDI pipeline capacity) edits view-edit.md.
• The postponed DOC-7111-rdi-terraform-dashboards branch edits quick-start.md.

I test-merged each one with this branch, and each merges cleanly, just as it does with main. So they can land in any order.

Verification

• Built main and this branch under the production baseURL (/docs/latest/): both succeeded (19,664 pages), and the hook reported no missing images.
• Compared src/width/alt/class for every image on every page: no differences.
• Coverage: rendered sdata-lightbox wrappers in rc/rdi/ drop by exactly 51 (63 to 12), so every converted image was on a published page and the comparison saw it. The 12 still rendering come from RDI embeds these pages include, which DOC-7128 embeds-oss: convert embeds/ and oss_and_stack/ images #4189 converts.
• The codemod deleted exactly one line per converted shortcode (51) and touched no file outside the list.
• AI Markdown feed for rc/rdi/: the same 63 absolute image URLs before and after, with no attribute lines and no relative /images/ links.

Overview
Replaces all 51 Hugo {{<image ...>}} shortcodes in content/operate/rc/rdi/ with standard Markdown images plus a separate {width="..."} attribute line, across five pages (create-workspace, define, quick-start, setup, view-edit).

Each figure now uses ![alt](/images/rc/rdi/...) instead of a relative images/... path. Alt text and widths are preserved; prose and other shortcodes are unchanged. Per the author’s verification, rendered output should match except that the sdata-lightbox wrapper from the old shortcode is no longer emitted.
