Mechanical conversion of relref and callout shortcodes to native Markdown
render hooks across content/operate/kubernetes/{security,reference,
active-active,re-clusters}/ via build/migrate_shortcode_links.py all.
Hand-fixed 10 list-nested callout instances across 7 files (vault.md x4,
allow-resource-adjustment.md, prepare-clusters.md, create-reaadb.md,
connect-to-admin-console.md, connect-prometheus-operator.md, sso.md) where
the script's callout-to-blockquote conversion put the continuation line's
original indentation on the wrong side of the blockquote marker (or
dropped it for single-line callouts), detaching the blockquote from its
enclosing numbered-list item.

Unit 2 of the DOC-7120 render-hook migration updates 57 markdown files under
