Updates the RC API OpenAPI spec (
openapi.json) by reassigningoperationIdvalues on the Data Integration workspace proxy routes (/v1/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/data-integration-workspaceand.../data-integration-workspace/**).Each HTTP method (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE, PATCH) gets a different
