Updates all release/doc surfaces with everything committed since 3.1.8 (PRs #94#117 — the security review batch, reliability fixes, the suspend functionInfo() refactor, and dependency bumps), dated 2026-06-15.

  • CHANGELOG.md / RELEASE_NOTES.mdSecurity / Fixed / Changed / Dependencies sections + a SESSION_SECRET upgrade note.
  • llms.txt / CLAUDE.md — refreshed versions (Kotlin 2.4.0, Ktor 3.5.0, Exposed 1.3.0, Kotest 6.2.0, common-utils 2.9.2, …), signed/encrypted cookies + SESSION_SECRET, verified-email OAuth.
  • README.md — Security feature bullet, Ktor 3.5.0, and the documentation website link (badge + intro + Related Projects).
  • Website (Zensical)SESSION_SECRET documented in Configuration → Secrets, a new Release Notes page, and the nav entry.

Docs-only; no code changes.
