Update CHANGELOG.md, RELEASE_NOTES.md, llms.txt, CLAUDE.md, README.md and the docs website with all items committed since 3.1.8 (the #94-#117 security review batch, reliability fixes, the suspend functionInfo refactor, and the dependency bumps), dated 2026-06-15. - CHANGELOG/RELEASE_NOTES: Security/Fixed/Changed/Dependencies sections and a SESSION_SECRET upgrade note. - llms.txt/CLAUDE.md: refreshed versions, signed/encrypted cookies and SESSION_SECRET, verified-email OAuth. - README.md: Security feature, Ktor 3.5.0, and the documentation website link. - Website (Zensical): SESSION_SECRET in Configuration, a new Release Notes page, and the nav entry.
