现在只删版本相关的 key(hash_*、首载标记、轮次中断标记、旧位置的响应缓存),与 iOS 和鸿蒙一致。
下载阶段报 DOWNLOAD_FAILED,解压阶段报 PATCH_FAILED,与 Android 和 iOS 一致。以前报的是 FILE_OPERATION_FAILED,或在下载阶段报 PATCH_FAILED,于是换镜像判定与补丁健康度遥测在三端口径不同。
  • publish.yml:native-required 的等待上限从 45 分钟提到 120 分钟。 e2e-ios 由构建(上限 45 分钟)加测试(上限 60 分钟)组成,10.60.0 的 release 提交实测要 55 分钟。

验证

  • bun lint(含鸿蒙类型检查与常量对等检查)通过,bun test 435 个用例通过。

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Bug Fixes
    • Improved update activation and version switching reliability. Versions are checked before activation and rejected if verification fails or their state changes during the check.
    • Resetting or synchronizing versions now preserves install-scoped settings.
    • Low-storage failures during downloads and extraction now report errors specific to the affected stage.
    • Cleanup and activation checks are coordinated to reduce conflicts during version changes, with activation verification retried when cleanup is in progress.

…tforms

- Android: binary upgrade and resetToPackagedBundle no longer clear the whole
state file. editor.clear() also wiped the uuid (re-bucketing every gray
release on each app upgrade) and the native config (no crash hold and no
cold-start round until JS ran again). Only version-scoped keys go now
(VersionScopedKeys, with a JVM test), as on iOS and Harmony.
- iOS: the native round's commit and the crash hold's pending activation now
pass the same CheckActivation digest gate as switchVersion:error:
(PushyVerifyActivation outside the state lock, unchanged re-check under
it). A version that fails it commits nothing, matching Android.
- Harmony: activation and destructive cleanup are mutually exclusive
(Android's versionFilesLock): switchVersion and commitSyncResult wait for an
in-flight cleanup and re-verify if one started meanwhile; switchVersion
also re-checks the reset generation. cleanUp resolves its keep names when
the task starts, not when it is enqueued.
- Harmony: insufficient disk space and oversized archives are classified by
  phase like Android/iOS (download -> DOWNLOAD_FAILED, unpack ->
PATCH_FAILED), so mirror retry and patch-health telemetry agree.
- publish.yml: wait up to 120 minutes for native-required; e2e-ios (45 min
build + 60 min tests) took 55 minutes on 10.60.0, past the old 45.

📝 Walkthrough

The pull request changes Android preference cleanup, Harmony error classification and cleanup coordination, iOS activation verification, and publish-workflow status polling.

Changes: Android preference cleanup

Layer / File(s) Summary
Select and remove version-scoped preferences
android/src/main/java/cn/reactnative/modules/update/UpdateContext.java, android/src/main/java/cn/reactnative/modules/update/VersionScopedKeys.java, android/src/test/java/cn/reactnative/modules/update/VersionScopedKeysTest.java
Synchronization and reset remove version-scoped keys instead of clearing all preferences. The selector and tests cover the selected keys, while install-scoped preferences remain.

Harmony download and extraction errors

Layer / File(s) Summary
Classify download and extraction failures
harmony/pushy/src/main/ets/ArchiveLimits.ts, harmony/pushy/src/main/ets/DownloadTask.ts
ensureFreeSpace uses a caller-supplied error code. Download-time failures use ERROR_DOWNLOAD_FAILED; extraction free-space failures use ERROR_DELTA_FAILED.

Harmony cleanup and activation coordination

Layer / File(s) Summary
Coordinate cleanup with activation verification
harmony/pushy/src/main/ets/UpdateContext.ts
Cleanup runs through a tracked queue. Activation verification waits for in-flight cleanup and retries if cleanup starts during verification. A reset during switchVersion verification causes ERROR_SWITCH_VERSION_FAILED.

iOS activation verification

Layer / File(s) Summary
Define and use shared activation verification
ios/RCTPushy/RCTPushyInternal.h, ios/RCTPushy/RCTPushyInstallRecord.mm, ios/RCTPushy/RCTPushyInstaller.mm
Shared helpers verify activation state and bundle integrity. The installer uses them before switching versions.
Verify activation during round commits
ios/RCTPushy/RCTPushyOrchestrator.mm, scripts/tests/ios-purge-restore/*, scripts/test-ios-purge-restore.sh
The orchestrator verifies activation before committing and rechecks it under the state lock. Regression coverage checks tampered and restored bundles.

Publish status polling

Layer / File(s) Summary
Extend native status wait
.github/workflows/publish.yml
The job timeout increases to 130 minutes. The native-required status check polls from minute 0 through minute 120 at 60-second intervals.

The harness compiles commitRoundWithGeneration from source, so it now also
extracts PushyVerifyActivation and its helpers, passes the new verifyError
argument, and seals the B fixture with a real completion record (as every
download is). round_commit_verifies checks that a tampered bundle commits
nothing and an intact one activates; the skip-commit-verify negative control
proves the test catches a commit that bypasses the gate.

The last of 120 polls ran at minute 119 and was followed by a sleep, so a
gate that turned green in the final minute still failed the release. Poll at
minutes 0 through 120 with no sleep after the last one.

Update the negative-controls list.

Line 110 says the harness compiles five mutants. The script now runs six, because skip-commit-verify is added. The list does not describe this mutant. Change the count to six. Add an item such as "Skip the activation gate in the round commit: round_commit_verifies must fail."

 - Grandfather current/last versions that do carry a record (same copy):
   `switch_version_records` must fail.
+- Activate from the round commit without the activation gate (both the
