Simple Bluetooth Beacon Transmitter and Receiver App.
You can emulate BLE beacons (iBeacon, Eddystone, ALTBeacon etc) from your Android phone as well as read nearby beacons.
It was a POC project for checking feasibility of using Bluetooth Beacons for Marathon race, but it could grow further.
