Documents the implemented continuation architecture, tracked scope and exact limitations, with a separate additive physical-QA section for inspector, block actions and notifications. Records test TMPDIR findings, informational latency measurements and earlier-head CI fixture failures without claiming physical QA or release readiness.
Depends on #248; review/integrate after it. Continuation order: #241 → #244 → #245 → #246 → #247 → #248 → this acceptance PR. Every PR remains unmerged. Package version remains 0.7.0; milestone issues stay open.
Validation: cumulative local full suite 732/732, build/typecheck/diff check. Node 22/26 pass on the inspector, notification and hygiene cumulative heads. Standalone #245 Node 22 remains failed in pre-existing fixture races; #247 contains observed-completion/teardown fixes and passes the cumulative matrix. Final acceptance CI is workflow-dispatched separately. Inspector hardening also has a dispatched matrix.
Physical QA: both original and continuation stacks remain pending in Ghostty and Terminal.app. Native notification sender identity/delivery cannot be established from osascript exit status. No fifth feature: #75/#153 need narrower scope; #150 lacks #10's capability seam.
