Goal
Render explicitly NMSh-owned help and documentation content in a readable terminal surface for /help, inspector explanations, provider documentation, setup guidance and release notes.

Support headings, lists, inline emphasis, code, tables where practical and OSC 8 links where supported, with plain-terminal fallback.
Safety boundary
Only explicitly NMSh-owned content enters this renderer. Arbitrary shell output, raw PTY streams, /copy data and archived command output remain untouched and are never interpreted as Markdown. Image/file preview protocols are outside this issue (#151).
