v0.4
Annotation Mono v0.4
A follow-up to v0.3 to address some characters based on the latin lowercase which didn't get properly updated for the italic forms.
Highlights
-
For Polish readers, I gave a little love to the way the ogonek is drawn and positioned, and replaced the italic ł with a loopy one (the
ss02andcv04toggles will replace this with a non-loopy version, of course).

-
The ij digraph character (
ij) now has a cursive form as well (oblique on left, new cursive italic on right).

Installation
I strongly recommend just installing the variable TTF (AnnotationMono-VF.ttf), but if you need static instances or a different format then you can download the zip which has static instances in ttf, otf, and woff2 (and also has a variable woff2).
v0.3
Annotation Mono v0.3
This version is exciting! I finally got around to adding italic forms, woohoo!
By default, the italic forms automatically apply when the slnt is -15, but they can be forced on or off by changing the CRSV variable axis value to 0 to disable always and 1 to enable always (meaning you can have upright italics if you want!)- the default is 0.5 which does the conditional enable.
If the italic forms are too loopy for you you can swap out the f, g, j, l, and y for non-loopy ones by activating ss02 (Stylistic Set 2), or with cv01 through cv05 for each one individually.
You can see the italics in this screenshot; I'm pretty proud of them ^-^

v0.2
Annotation Mono v0.2
Changes
- Fix lack of
DFLTlanguagesystem which can cause OpenType features (ligatures, stylistic sets, etc.) to only work when accompanied by letters. #2
Which files to use
I strongly recommend using the variable version if your application supports it, but static instances are also available if need be.
Annotation Mono v0.1
Initial Release of Annotation Mono.
I recommend using the variable version of the font if your environment supports it, but static TTFs, OTFs, and WOFFs are made available if needed.
