Fixes #1106.

  • Q-2-21 (comment) and Q-2-22 (highlight) showed each other's openers. An unclosed [>> reports Q-2-21 and [!! reports Q-2-22 (checked with q2 0.42.0), which matches the error catalog and markdown-basics.qmd. Q-2-19 and Q-2-20 repeated the swap in their descriptions and Related lists.
  • Q-3-33 to Q-3-36 still used {++ ...}-style syntax and .ins/.del/.mark/.comment classes. They now use [++ ...] etc. and the quarto-* classes from crates/quarto-core/src/editorial_marks.rs.

Docs-only. Each page renders with q2 render --strict apart from the sibling-link check (expected when rendering a page standalone; same on main).

Q-2-21 (comment) and Q-2-22 (highlight) showed each other's openers;
the parser reports an unclosed `[>>` as Q-2-21 and `[!!` as Q-2-22,
matching the error catalog and the authoring guide. Q-2-19 and Q-2-20
repeated the swap in their descriptions and Related lists.

Q-3-33 to Q-3-36 still used CriticMarkup-style `{++ ...}` syntax and
`.ins`/`.del`/`.mark`/`.comment` classes; they now use the `[++ ...]`
family and the `quarto-*` classes the parser emits.

Oof, those were bad mistakes from the LLM. Thank you for spotting them. (As you can tell, a lot of our docs are not really in an acceptable state right now, so we appreciate the patience and PRs!)
