PRF-329 산출물. L4 코딩 에이전트 축을 Claude Code, Google Antigravity, Codex 셋으로 열고 Cursor를 빼는 판정, Hero TOOLS 타일을 대화형/코딩 두 축으로 나누는 구조, 도구 중립 카피를 사내망과 계정 정책 축으로 고쳐 쓰는 확정 문면, FAQ 4번 답변, 다섯 상태, 접근성 노트, ax-landing-spec.md와 ax-curriculum.md에서 함께 고칠 줄 목록을 담았다. 컴포넌트 코드는 손대지 않는다. 구현은 다음 stage 티켓이다. docs/ax-tool-axis-spec.md: 디자인 커밋(eeeeb48)이 main에 없어 그 위에 쌓았습니다. 이 PR에 함께 들어갑니다.Hero.module.scss: 스펙 2절이 요구한 신규 클래스(.tileToolsGroup/Row/Axis/List)가 있는 파일입니다. 옛.tileTools는 지웠습니다..tileDesc전체가 아니라.tileToolsGroup + .tileDesc에만 걸었습니다. FLAGSHIP 타일 간격은 그대로입니다.검증
