Description
This PR refactors the ISO build to use fedora as base image and customize it with kickstart.
It also lays the basics to decouple the custom firstboot wizard from the potos "specs" repository. This is required in order to solve a chicken-egg problem, caused by the "no secrets in the iso" approach that the new build process enforces.
