[Divergence] Native SDK adds disconnect_and_clear and graduates to beta (powersync-native #45) #663
What's changing: The native/Rust SDK adds PowerSyncDatabase::disconnect_and_clear(), which clears local PowerSync data (disconnecting first if needed) via new DisconnectAndClearFlags (clear_local, and a soft option that keeps the internal synced-data copy for a faster reconnect, matching the option other SDKs already have). The same PR also bumps the crate to 0.1.0 and graduates the SDK from alpha to beta.
High priority — existing docs are now inaccurate or incomplete
Rust SDK Reference (https://docs.powersync.com/client-sdks/reference/rust): the page title ("Rust SDK (alpha)") and its Warning callout state the SDK is in alpha and to "expect breaking changes and instability." Both become inaccurate once this beta release ships.
New PowerSyncDatabase::disconnect_and_clear() method with DisconnectAndClearFlags (clear_local, soft). No page currently documents disconnect or data-clearing behavior for the Rust SDK; the Rust SDK Reference page is the natural home, alongside the corresponding sections in the other SDK reference pages.
