[PLAY-3001] Update ViewComponent to 4.3.0

What does this PR do? A clear and concise description with your runway ticket url.
PLAY-3001 updates ViewComponent to 4.3.0 - a higher version than the previous attempt as it is blocking Nitro's Rails upgrade.

This Playbook PR goes further than the previous PR did and includes specific website and kit adjustments for the home page, the all kits display page, Rails Pagination (will_paginate), RichTextEditor, and UserBadge kits. An alpha from this PR will be created for Nitro like last time view component pages thoroughly tested, and specs/tests updated with HFH guidance.

How to test? Steps to confirm the desired behavior:

1. Go to Playbook website - all pages should load as expected without any errors or new console errors.
2. Go to Alpha environments - any changes required to account for the new ViewComponent version should be made on the alpha environment prior to this upgrade going forward so we can cherry pick them.
