Adds PluggyClient.fetchAccountBalance for GET /accounts/{id}/balance with the
AccountBalance type (balance, blockedBalance, automaticallyInvestedBalance,
currencyCode, updateDateTime), as contributed in #180, plus closingBalance,
which the API now returns too.
ClientCategoryRule gains id: it is what deleteCategoryRule takes, and the API
now returns it on GET/POST /categories/rules (TRIN-2651).

This is the work from feat(account): add fetchAccountBalance for GET /accounts/{id}/balance #180 by @MrNinso (co-authored in the commit), rebased on currentmaster; this PR supersedes feat(account): add fetchAccountBalance for GET /accounts/{id}/balance #180, which was opened against a base 9 commits behind.AccountBalance.closingBalance?: the API now returns it as well (accounting balance,balance + blockedBalance, only when the institution reports it).ClientCategoryRule.id: it is whatdeleteCategoryRule(id)takes, and the API returns it onGET/POST /categories/rulessince pluggyai/pluggy-api (TRIN-2651).accountBalance.test.ts(from feat(account): add fetchAccountBalance for GET /accounts/{id}/balance #180, extended withclosingBalance) andcategoryRules.test.ts(rule fixture carriesid).Backwards compatible: new method and additive fields only.
