Summary

Pure reordering pass. Three peer lists inside the migrate scripts' --help blocks were in arbitrary order, which made them harder to scan than they needed to be. Sort them A-Z.

• migrate-laptop "What travels": GPG, Reports, Shell/git, SSH.
• migrate-laptop "What explicitly does NOT travel": kept in two shape groups (dotfile paths starting with ~/, then higher-level concepts) because interleaving ~/.aws/ with Brewfile-managed state reads oddly. Each group sorted case-insensitive A-Z.
• migrate-claude-code "What travels": the ~/.claude/* paths sorted A-Z.

No wording changes, no row dropped or added; multi-line entries moved with all their continuation lines attached.
