Adds the Otto card (io.pilot.otto v0.20.0, Telepat) to the app-store page — details from the catalogue entry: 15 methods, 27MB download (4.9MB adapter + ~22MB staged CLI), browser category, MIT, source telepat-io/otto. Uses Otto's own avatar logo. Mirrors the existing card structure.
